EMIs
We understand that finance is a prior part of your planning when it comes to interior designing. That’s why we always offer assistance for a smooth journey between you and us. To minimise the complexity of the process, we are providing you with various EMI options, from which you can choose the most suitable one for you. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand in case you want to opt out of the project. We can happily provide a refund to you under these conditions:-
• You have the right to opt for cancellation only within a span of 3 days from the signing off date.
• Refunds are only valid on payment made between booking us till signing off the project consent, i.e., between 10% and 50% of payment.
• Our quality team will do an inspection within 5 working days.
• The refund will be processed after your cancellation request qualifies our assurance test.

Care Instructions
Quality wood furniture is expensive, and thus is a significant investment. Idealspaze furniture are made carefully for a longer durability, and to retain its sheen for generations is by providing regular cleaning and care.
Furniture:-
• Avoid outdoor usage. Exposure to humidity can lead to moisture accumulation resulting in corrosion, while excessive exposure to sunlight can fade away its gloss.
• Avoid cleaning using any kinds of acid to prevent it from future corrosion.
• Clean the furniture using a soft brush or cloth. Avoid hard bristle brushed to prevent from finish damage.
• Avoid using cleaning solvents, furniture polish, ammonia or any chemical solution for cleaning leather.
• Prefer using floor mats under heavy furniture in case of wooden or tile flooring.
• Avoid modifications of any kind, self or from local vendors. We are just one call away, contact us at care@idealspaze.com.
Modular kitchen and other settings:-
• Mop stove after cooking to remove food particles stuck to it.
• Scrub off your steel sink only using nylon pads. Avoid using cleaning products containing high chloride amount, mild detergents can be used instead.
• For metallic surfaces, wipe off using a soft cloth. Oil droplets can be used to bring out the lustre (perform a patch test before)
• Do not put extra weights on your cabinets and shelves than the recommended loading capacity. • Avoid using harsh chemical with high acidic value to prevent erosion.

Refer and earn
1. Reward is 1% of the entire project value referred by you.
2. Your reward will be confirmed after your friend/ relative opts for our services.
3. Processing of reward will only begin after 50% payment is received by Idealspaze.
4. In case you do not receive the reward, send us an email with your details & the details of the person you have referred.
